"What made this stay for me was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to be polite, attentive, accommodating, kind and they made you feel like they've known you forever. No request was too big or small and they see to it to celebrate your occasions with you thoroughly. My expectations were shattered by how caring and thoughtful the entire team was. From being greeted by GM Vladimir, who also takes the time to know your name, to having your meals personally prepared to your liking by chef Cameron, to the careful detail paid by Manager Jannel, and not forgetting the restaurant, spa and amazing front desk staff, this team functions like a well oiled machine with a sprinkle of magic. I've never felt more at home in a place that wasn't home. I think once the property gets updated, they'll be completely booked up all the time as they really do strive to make guests feel comfortable and happy 24/7. Being all inclusive is also an added plus as I never had to wonder where my next meal came from. By name, Eloise, Tara, Tasha, Cleopha, Jane, Keturah, you've all been wonderful (and I am bad with names). I know our paths will certainly cross again. Thank you for giving me the royal princess treatment. I won't forget it."

"Windjammer Landing is undeniably a beautiful property in St. Lucia, with gorgeous surroundings and a wonderful Caribbean atmosphere. Unfortunately, my stay came with a rather unexpected souvenir…..a broken toe! A word of caution about the stairs in the lobby area: Some are slightly uneven, so be mindful of your footing. I learned this the hard way, and breaking a toe just before a European vacation was certainly not part of my itinerary! What disappointed me most, however, was that not a single manager checked on me throughout the remainder of my stay to see how I was doing. For a resort of this caliber, I would have expected a little more personal attention and concern following an injury on the property. That said, I do want to recognize the wonderful restaurant staff, who were incredibly accommodating. They provided an extra chair and ice so I could elevate my injured foot while enjoying my meals. The nurse was also very friendly, helpful, and attentive, which I truly appreciated. Overall, Windjammer Landing is a beautiful resort, and there were staff members who genuinely went out of their way to make me comfortable. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up from management left a disappointing impression. A little genuine concern goes a long way, especially in hospitality."

Mr. Justin was extremely welcoming, respectful, and very attentive. My apartment was walking distance fromvarious needed amenities which was perfect. "If you’re considering whether to go or not, we would recommend you go. We loved our stay here because the food was so good and the staff were exceedingly kind and generous. The resort is absolutely stunning and we received a complimentary upgrade to our room which was amazing. In terms of negatives, I will say that the bugs on the resort can be a lot, but it really depends on the person (I only got one to two bug bites but my wife got more than 20). The bug spray did seem to work when we put it on, but we didn’t always have it on us. Additionally, we went in late August when the resort was probably only at about 30% capacity, which added to the calm and open feel of the resort, so take that into consideration for the review. We also took the helicopter tour to get to the resort rather than the car ride, which was definitely worth it (and the helicopter ride was way smoother than expected). There were lots of activities to take part in, which the front desk sets up for you no problem, so we felt very taken care of. The beach was great and the restaurants were delicious, but again I’ll add that the resort was mostly empty when we were there. The weather did forecast rain everyday, but that was because we got hit with a ~5 minute rain storm each morning then it passed. It only actually rained for one of the days we were there. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely go back!"
