"The hotel and room is amazing - no complaints there. However the service at the hotel bar and restaurant is absolutely terrible. I ordered a tomato soup and a drink which was easy enough - I waited more than 30 minutes for the soup and had to ask several times if my drink was still coming which it finally did just as I was finishing my soup. Then I waited for another 30 minutes to catch my server who kept bypassing me with her back turned to me ... I finally gave up and asked someone at the bar to help me settle my bill which was 30 Euro for an appetizer soup and a single drink. I've been to this hotel several times because the location is perfect and the rooms leave nothing to be desired, it was just a service issue this time around. "

"We basically used this hotel just to get some rest before my wife flew out the next morning. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The room was very quiet. My only issue was there were only two pillows on the bed and I have a bad back and usually put one between my knees. I didn't request an additional pillow because it was already late, but there were no other issues. "
