"Booked to stay here when seeing Lady Gaga solo. Mannie at reception was really welcoming, very friendly and was more than happy to make sure I was comfortable and go the extra mile. Very little noise from the other guests, only when walking past the door. Housekeeping staff were great too, they chatted away. There's reception 24/7. The area looks a little rough but everyone is really nice and there's plenty of food places around on just eat! Will be back next time I'm at my next concert."

The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the AO Arena.
