"Was pleasantly surprised how the place was kept up. The Area itself had a bad reputation somewhat but i was very happy. I seen no issues in the facility or the surrounding areas. Was just the opposite of the rumors. *Right next to an easy access highway, movie theatre right behind it. 2 min from Downtown, good eateries & businesses. Even the downstairs bar/restaurant was nice. I'll be back for sure ..."
"The front desk staff was amazing. The staff in the restaurant was also amazing.
We were there for five nights and only requested our room to be made up for one of those nights. When we came back to the hotel that evening, they didn’t leave extra toilet paper, plastic cups, lotion etc. We had a mini suite with a sofa bed in the living area. When we returned to our room, the two blankets for the sofa bed were just crumbled up into a ball on the bed and same with the robe. They didn’t even bother to vacuum our room. The room looked exactly like we left it except they were nice enough to leave us clean towels and pull up the comforter and the sheet in the main bedroom. Very disappointed.
It was nice to have the free breakfast but honestly, the food in the restaurant was tasteless. We had dinner in the restaurant only one night and I could not believe how expensive it was. The Caesar salad was $17 and the hot fudge sundae was $16. How in the heck do you justify that?
After we checked in and got to our room, the sofa bed had no blankets, no pillows, no comforter. We had to call down to get those so that our granddaughter could sleep comfortably. And also the sofa bed was horrible. I don’t think she had one night‘s great sleep and she’s 16 so she’s not a little child she knows what’s happening."
"The staff was friendly and very helpful upon check in. The room was clean and neat, parking was simple. Beautiful lobby space and property is conveniently located near a major highway."
"I was traveling with my daughter for a medical situation (stressful and alone!), and the staff was almost like a support system! They made sure I had everything I needed — including bringing my grocery delivery to my room while my daughter napped (not their job!). They helped me with a play pen. The gentleman at the front desk answered my endless questions. Housekeeping was top notch along with the staff as a whole. Just a great place to stay. Couldn’t recommend it enough!"
