Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes.

"Arrived on Sunday to find that no restaurant/chef available. We did not know this and could have been a problem had we not been able to get a curry delivered!
The bar too was a bit of an issue, however, this was made available to us and dining Al Fresco with a beautiful view was accomplished.
Very nice people and a stunning setting. We all had individual rooms/fires that were well prepared and provided the rest that was needed."
