"The bed was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were very quiet. Was extremely hot and the AC worked perfectly. Nice and quiet and provided a white noise for restful sleep. The brown carpet wasn't very clean and had little bits and pieces on it but we didn't mind too much. Very helpful night staff and the owner was a great guy. He just finished repaving the front parking area and is in the process of removing the carpet from the rooms and installing laminate. He showed me one of the completed rooms and it looked amazing. That will completely change the rooms from the old brown carpet."

"This hotel is beautifully located on the South Umpqua River. We loved the location. It was very beautiful and quiet. There is a big renovation going on, but the outdoor area looks lovely. We had good sleeps and it’s very convenient to get to. The staff were great."
