"Good sized room in a good location. Only one elevator was working which resulted in some lengthy delays getting to and from the upper levels. More than once during my two week stay I was left with 2 hand towels and no bath towel. Otherwise the stay was great. There's free travel on the Mannheim public transport included it you join their rewards program."

"What a charming hotel! I wasn’t sure what to Expect but not only was the hotel lovely, the staff was the kindest and most accommodating I have ever experienced! They delivered food to my room when I was under the weather even though room service is not a service they provide. Don’t think twice about booking this hotel! "
