"Wow! One of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. You could not beat the view from our room directly over the lake. It was stunning! The staff was so courteous and welcoming. The suite was clean, enormous, had so much character and was comfortable. The location was ideal and breakfast brought to us on a rainy morning was the perfect ending. Highly recommend! "

"Restful, relaxing and idyllic setting. Towns nearby reflect “the real Austria”, not touristy. Our room was a bit too warm so we used the fan quite a lot. The pathway up to the restaurant and down to the town needs some work. Wifi was inconsistent. But…the view and feeling of the peace in this place will never be forgotten. "

"It was such a nice and pretty hotel in an incredible location, I ended up extending my stay five days longer that planned The receptionists, the housekeeping team , the restaurant staff were all so helpful . The pool and sauna were nice and most of al the access to the trains and buses to explore the whole area . Bad Ischl was the perfect base . Hotel is next door to Kaiser Villa , so convenient, and to the supermarket too . A good full breakfast and my room was spacious and so nice . I really look forward coming back with friends and family to enjoy such a nice set up in such a beautiful area "
