"Good location. Large room with huge bed! Fridge in room. Nice view from the room. 20min walk from the centre but bus stops less than 200m away. Welcome card gave us free public transport and free up and down on 4 cable cars in the local area. Washing machine and dryer was a welcome addition after long hot days in the mountains and we came home from holiday with lots of clean clothes! Supermarket 500m away."

"The guy who checked me in ( I’m sorry I don’t remember his name ) was so courteous and kind. He also helped me later on when I needed a kettle. I was travelling solo so this sort of care an attention was gratefully received. My room was cleaned every day. Unfortunately some mosquitos must have got in and used ti bother me every night. I think an insect spray might have solved the issue. Unfortunately the guy who checked me in must have had days off the time I reported this to the desk. The breakfast was amazing! The staff were so attentive and friendly. Friendliness goes along way when you are traveling solo."

"The hotel is very centrally situated in the old town. It can be tricky to find as the hotel sign is beneath a terrace of shops - it’s very close to McDonald’s! The reception is actually on 6th floor - staff are friendly. We had a fantastic room - Mozart suite. Rooms are reasonably priced - we went in July. The only issue is the AC - it doesn’t do much and Innsbruck is hot in the summer!"
