"Familie på fire. To voksne og to børn på 11 og 13 år. Vi havde en super oplevelse. Virkelige flotte og top moderne værelser. Morgenmaden var a la carte. Super lækker og rigeligt med mad. Intet og sætte en finger på fra stedet af."

"Basically, it is a new hotel not ready to be a hotel. The listing on Expedia said it had A/C. It did not. I arrived after 9 pm on my only night there to find it impossible to enter. No one told me this in advance. I had to call and wait 5 minutes to enter my room all the while having to a make room"

"We drove here for over 2 hours from Nuremberg arriving at 7:30 pm. Upon arrival, we found the place completely dark with locked doors and a sign that said geschlossen (closed). We received no notification from them ahead of time that they were closed and we had already paid in full. This was my worst nightmare. Being in a small village without any other alternatives. We had to drive another 1 1/2 hours to find another place to stay. "
