"I had another wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cariari in San José, Costa Rica. This was my second time staying here, and the experience was just as excellent as the first. The staff truly made my stay exceptional. Everyone was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated how accommodating they were for guests with disabilities, making sure accessibility needs were met with genuine care and respect. The level of customer service here is outstanding, and it's clear that the team takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Because of the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail, I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Costa Rica.
