"Super cute Hotel looks a little sketchy feom the outside because its in downtown San Jose. We went walking to a nearby restaurant and honestly everyone in Costa Rica is very nice and respectful. The Hotel is super cute tge staff is so friendly. They have the best breakfast in the morning!"

"After a frustrating long day of transport to San Jose and then requiring hospital treatment in San Jose, the 10.30pm arrival here was so welcoming. Angelica on reception specifically took time to note our queries and concerns and then provided excellent service and support for us. The reception manager also gave us a discount for eating at Ivory bar that night which was welcomed. My partner had a bad leg and Angelica advised on the availability of ice packs and extra pillows for elevation as well as upgrading us to Club for our 4 night stay. We were so relieved to arrive here after such a tricky day. Thanks to all staff "
