"My partner and I booked this property however when we arrived at 7pm, there was a large gate blocking the entrance and no one was there. We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. "Our stay at the Arenal Hot Springs in La Fortuna was absolutely amazing. Every morning we woke up to breathtaking views of the volcano right outside our window—it felt surreal. The private hot tub in the room was exactly what we needed for relaxation, and having access to the hot springs on-site was so convenient after long days of exploring. The restaurant was wonderful—the food was fresh, flavorful, and served in a beautiful setting. We also loved how close the property was to all the adventure activities. Zip-lining, excursions, and nature tours were just minutes away, and the town of La Fortuna with its great restaurants and shopping was only a 15-minute drive. Between the views, the comfort, and the unbeatable location, this place exceeded all expectations. I definitely plan to return—it’s a true gem in Costa Rica. 🌴💦"
