"I paid for a room I never got. I was told Thursday and then Friday and the host never reached out to give the actual room. I was given a partial refund, but I was unsatisfied with the blatant disrespect. I would not trust the images of the room you see on the website."

"Host was very unresponsive, checking in was even harder. After finally checking in I reached out to the hostess to inquire about Wi-Fi and there was no response later on after showering. There was no hot water throughout our stay. The host is never answered and just left me on red. It was a horrible experience. I hated this place. nothing was even set up for people to stay here Towels in the floor. Overall terrible experience and I’m leaving sick."
