Very traditional place with quiet rooms decorated in traditional manner. Breakfast was really good fresh fruit, coffee and choice of eggs, omelette both vegetarian & meat options. Absolutely beautiful pool which after a long day walking around and exploring was always a treat to jump into. Staff are amazing nothing was too much trouble for the price can’t beat it would def stay again xxxx

We had a wonderful experience at Casa Flores. The staff was absolutely incredible. When I got sick they actually walked me to a place to get the proper medication and even made an elixir to help with my issue. In addition, the breakfasts were excellent and you even have a menu to choose what you want.

The location of this B&B is excellent. It is easy to find and street parking was fine. It is a simple walk to the malecón and the Plaza Principal. The property is lovely. There is nice greenery with birds coming to visit. We didn't use the pool but it looked fine. There are tables and chairs which are perfect should you decide to have a take out meal or a snack. I am being conservative in my review because we had some issues with our rooms. The first room had a skylight which can't be covered so the room was very light in the morning. We were moved to a 2nd room which had better windows and curtains. When we returned to that room later I discovered some problems. The bedding and towels were awful. There was some mold. While I believe those issues are going to be resolved by the owners, I offer this advice. Check your room very carefully and be sure that you have proper bedding and towels & enough blankets and pillows. Also that you have enough toilet paper. There is no staff on the property after mid day.

Charming, unique hideaway in a remarkable village.

Very charming, intimate unique place. Pretty quiet for Mexico. Each room is completely different. Gardenia room had fewest stairs to navigate. Bed was pretty firm and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and everyone in the hotel was chatting and sharing info. The drawbacks were the water pressure is extremely weak and the privacy curtains were not sufficient to prevent the courtyard spotlight from beaming into the room at night making it difficult to avoid. We put blankets and towels all over the windows to block out the light with some success. Even given the drawbacks, we loved the place and the service.

This is a gem of a bed and breakfast, an oasis of peace and beauty, with gorgeous furniture and art. The staff are so kind, warm and accommodating. Don’t hesitate to stay here. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The rooms all face inward on a lovely courtyard full of beautiful blooms. We had a coffee pot, micro, fridge and fan in the room and a lovely outdoor patio area. The full hot breakfasts were excellent and the staff just great. Also full housekeeping services every day.

Though not "downtown" Casa Flores's quiet location allows easy walking to most of Ajijics attractions, restaurants, businesses, etc., and the bus that runs through town streets goes right past it. The room was small but fine for one person. Everything worked (but working the TV was rather mysterious). There's no AC but it wasn't really needed on the lower floor. The breakfast included basic Mexican classics basically presented. I never went in the small pool but it was used everyday by others. It helps to speak Spanish, of which I have only a little, but staff has enough English for mutual understanding. The room wasn't quite dark enough at night for me but OK and the ever present barking dogs elsewhere were quite rare and muted. I'd go back.
