The stay was fine, service was really good and staff was very polite and welcoming. First time here so I think based on the pictures and reviews I was expecting it to look a little different than what it did. It’s not bad but it’s not as nice or luxurious as I thought when I was looking online. That’s just on me though as I should know most of the pics you find online show the best sides of a hotel. Elevators took way too long every single time, we would have taken the stairs from the 5th floor but with small kids and a stroller it’s just not easy. No room service available. Rooms are very small. Next time I would for sure choose a bigger room and with a view. I think that’s what makes this hotel perfect as far as location. If you can get the right view of course.

The hotel is conviene alot restaurant walking distance, the valet parking is not valet it takes 40 minutes to bring you car they charge $13 usa . The front customer service are pleasant except one guy w glasses horrible experience with him, , ur not talking to him he comes and talk to you rude becareful
