Boutique hotel that was cozy, small pool with warm water and helpful staff. Breakfast only, available for purchase. Our room for 2 people was small but my family stayed in the doubles (4 people) rooms and they were nice. My only issue was some very loud people checking in at midnight, there are noise signs but people don't care nor the staff made sure they were quiet. Overall I'd stay again

Despite my limited Spanish, my overall stay was great. Staff were really helpful. I left my watch in my room and I didn’t realised. It was the hotel that messaged me while I was already near the airport. The hotel’s receptionist handed the watch to a Uber driver who came to meet me at Guadalajara airport 30 minutes after. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Tl;dr: clean, efficient, friendly I am somewhat ashamed that I thought this might end up being a “love hotel” type of situation as the room advertised was so inexpensive. However, this facility is sparkling clean, and I mean CLEAN everywhere. I had the Standard Queen Suite (although “suite” is doing some medium-size lifting here, as there was no separate sitting area like you might imagine when you hear the word “suite”). This hotel appears to be a local chain around GDL. Room had queen bed, flat-screen tv, desk area under tv, closet with safe, mini-fridge, and two robes (!!!). Shower had good water temp/pressure, towels were branded with FCH logo and pretty high quality. Bath products were upscale. WiFi good. Beds were firmly comfortable. Staff spoke little English and were young (just an observation), but were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Look for Alexa if you need help in English. No noise from other rooms. Pool is in a courtyard surrounded by hotel, however is open for sun. Two blocks away from Plaza del Sol mall with Soriana, ATM, McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks, etc. Neighborhood quiet, little foot traffic around. Noticed women walking their dogs alone (I’d classify as above middle class but not quite upper MC). Seems to be more of a M-F business hotel, as occupancy picked up noticeably on Sunday evening. I’m very confident in saying that this hotel is the greatest value I’ve ever received for the money spent.

El trato que recibí del personal fue amable pero ineficiente con respecto a las necesidades que expresé. La habitación (Urban Suite) es cómoda, pero tiene una ventana que no se puede abrir por falta de mantenimiento. Para mí, la ventilación natural es importante.por lo que solicité un cambio de habitación pero no había espacio y aunque hubiera habido, me solicitaban pagar una diferencia de tarifa. Al hacer check in, uno firma estar de acuerdo en que el hotel se deslinda de cualquier cosa de valor perdida no guardada en la caja fuerte, misma que estaba trabada (inservible) y que a pesar de solicitar el arreglo de la misma, al llegar a mi habitación ya muy noche, ésta seguía en las mismas condiciones. Afortunadamente nunca no me faltó nada, pero no hubo seguimiento a mi solicitud. La habitación NO cuenta con espejo de cuerpo completo. Para una mujer es MUY importante este detalle. También lo comenté en recepción, pero al parecer es algo imposible de solucionar para el personal encargado. Room service: comida de buen sabor, pero tardaron más de lo acordado y la comida estaba casi fría. Detalles sumamente fáciles de resolver que harían una GRAN diferencia pero lamentablemente hubo una indiferencia total por mejorar durante mi estancia, lo cual es una lástima, pues el lugar está bonito y es una opción asequible. En mi próxima visita a GDL buscaré una opción diferente.
