This is a great hotel if your goal is to go to the Akron Stadium. You can cross the road, take the metro for one stop, get off, and walk to the stadium which is about 30 minutes (very doable). There is an oxxo near by and Subway and Mexican restaurant in the same plaza. To go the cathedral or other restaurants, you will need to uber.

the breakfast price was good. and the options for breakfast. the rooms are clean and quiet. shower with hot water that comes fast and stays hot longer. Very spacey lobby. I will stay on this hotel every time to visit my student child

The hotel is clean and located in a nice place. The service is generally good, however, some of the staff standout in their service. As an English speaker, there was not much interaction with the staff, however, one of the staff named Gloria always ensured that I had whatever I needed and that my stay was comfortable. Her courtesy was on the next level and she was always ready to help. I recommend that anyone staying at this hotel could interact with Gloria and experience next level hospitality.
