The property is clean and staff is really friendly. The airport shuttle is very convenient ! However, it is very noisy, we were on the main floor and could hear everyone coming in and out. The hotel and our room smelled like smoke. When we turned the air conditioning on, I don’t think the filter was working properly because all the odours from outside came into the room. We both woke up with a sore throat from the smell of smoke.

I stayed in this property many times and it’s always my favorite, the staff is very friendly, I also love the access to food 24 hours. I recommend this place and I will always come back.

Property was nice and clean. Staff was overall friendly and helpful. The kitchen has a vast menu. However the wait is pretty long. Close to the airport and the property offers shuttle.

No A/C. First of all the AC was not working in our room. After going back and forth for about 20 minutes, they brought in a noisey portanle AC box. Not good. This unit needed to exhaust to the outside, therefore requiring the window to remain open all night. When they saw us obviously upset, they changed us to a different room. Why didnt they just do that when I first asked to be changed rooms when i discovered the broken AC?

The staff from the shuttle, check-in, and in the restaurant were excellent and are really what makes this place. The furniture in the room could really be much better quality.

This hotel is very small and very noisy. If you are a light sleeper, I do not recommend this place. The property is very clean and there is shuttle service 24 hours. They are quick and convenient. They have a small complementary breakfast buffet, cereal and coffee all day.

The hotel is very clean! The staff is so friendly! The restaurant is really good! Have shuttle free to the airport every 30 minutos… The surrounding is not that nice, but the hotel really worth it.
