Worst experience in my life

The beds had hairs on both queen beds.. Gross had to sleep on my towels brought from home…. Took forever to open the door for us to go in..

First they don't have parking.. so have to look for street parking and the area is not secure, in a side street they rent a space for 200 pesos per night. Very bad attention from the personnel, the worst was when we entered the room smelled horrible we thought was from outside but closed the windows and got the AC and still bad.. we searched and found under the sink a bag of trash from many days.. we asked the receptionist to send the cleaning person and it took more than 45min and just took the bag and left.. no disinfection or anything and next to the trash can were all the dishes... the jacuzzi was old and not very clean.. so overall after the candlelight concert we slept and leave in the morning.. We will not go back there or recommended the place.

Hotel muy bonito pero el servicio de recepción mal

El hotel está súper bonito!! Me encantaron las habitaciones. Las camas muy a gusto. La señora recepcionista tiene una forma ruda de atender o hablar. No debería de atender en recepción, ya que, pudiera ser un factor que pudiera perjudicar la visita de ese hotel.

Tuve una experiencia satisfactoria en mi estancia, todo funcionó correctamente, la habitación súper agradable con jacuzzi. El personal sin problema me dejó guardar mi equipaje en lo que se hacía hora del check in, la zona se siente algo insegura pero no tuve inconvenientes, tomé mis precauciones

No me gustó que está en un lugar inseguro, rodeado de indigentes y según me dijeron los conductores de uber, está ubicada en la zona roja. No me pareció que hubiéramos muchos húespedes y junto a mi habitación llegaron 3 hombres que hacían ruido, escuchaban música con volumen alto, hablaban con groserías y movían muebles. Me desperté desde las 2 am y terminaron su ruido a las 4:30. Cuando me metí a bañar no había agua caliente. Espero un reembolso.

La habitaciones son amplias, y equipadas con lo necesario. El hotel no cuenta con una recepción como tal (o por lo menos no estaba habilitada la noche que pasé ahí), pero te dan un número para marcar y están al pendiente de ti. El estacionamiento está a media cuadra del hotel, y lo cierran, así que de necesitarlo, apóyate con el hotel para que te den las facilidades. En general, es un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito, los alrededores en la noche, pudieran ser inseguros como para caminarlo (según me comentaron), pero queda cerca de diferentes puntos turísticos importantes de la ciudad y a 10 minutos en carro, de la catedral
