"Staff was great but the property is certainly run down and with needs of repair. The property is central and close to areas of entertainment and main plazas, which makes it convenient. I can't rate it 5 stars as it would be deceiving but the perks of location and friendly staff make up for some areas of opportunity. Overall, a decent stay."

"I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable condition of our room. Upon arrival, we found the bed covered in nail clippings, and the bathroom emitted a strong odor of sewage. To make matters worse, we discovered cockroaches in the room. Despite reporting these health and hygiene issues to your staff immediately, no action was taken to address the situation or move us to a clean room."
