"My partner and I booked this property however when we arrived at 7pm, there was a large gate blocking the entrance and no one was there. We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. "We loved our stay at Nayari Villas! The villa was beautiful, even better than the pictures. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool. We had a beautiful view of the Arenal volcano. After a couple of days of travelling, I was happy to be able to do some laundry. The rooms were nice and we enjoyed the extra blankets since we like sleeping with heavy blankets. "This was a wonderful first stop on our vacation as is it was midway betweeen San Jose and La Fortuna.
