Bien para el precio

Buen hotel, con buena ubicación si vas en auto. El agua caliente tarda mucho en salir por lo que se desperdicia mucha agua. No hay variedad en el desayuno. Almohadas poco cómodas

Para la ubicación, que es muy buena deberían renovar sus instalaciones, está deteriorado, el personal se esmera en atender bien. Un error es poner iluminación decorativa en cada ventana , la luz penetra a la habitación.

Me cancelaron mi reservación y me mandaron a un hotelucho peor que hotel de paso extremadamente sucio incomodo de MUY BAJO NIVEL. al día siguiente me dieron una mejor habitación el hotel plaza pero solo una noche y me cobraron las dos, al mismo precio en dos hoteles, incomodo eh intentaron reponer el daño más aún así fue experiencia desagradable, las chicas de recepción muy amables.

En general la limpieza está bien aunque me di cuenta que al aparato de aire acondicionado le hacía falta una pasada con el sacudidor. No me gustó que no haya agua para beber,, hay que comprarla. No había frasquitos con shampoo en el baño. Les falta personal en el restaurante aunque la única persona que atendía las mesas fue muy amable al igual que recepción. Gracias por sus atenciones-

No respetaron mi reservación hecha por esta plataforma porque según ellos no había depositado ya que elegí la opción de pagar en el hotel. Su solución fue ma darnos a un hotel el cual estaba muy retirado, estaba muy sucio las sábanas se veía que no las habían lavado en semanas. No prendía la tele y no tenía agua caliente. En ese rato me di cuenta que no había Sido el único al que le habían hecho eso.

La única persona atenta, fue la sra del restaurante. No explican el sistema de la llave tarjeta, la entregan desactivada, agua fría de la regadera, no cuenta con objetos de uso personal(shampoo, cepillo, pasta dental, etc) Ropa de cama muy antigua. Y áspera.

Pague por expedia la tarifa del hotel por dos noches y el hotel anuncia que tienen un descuento en desayuno por pago en mostrador, al llegar y hacer el check-in, pero no se me hizo valido. La razón que me dieron es que Yo no dije nada que me hicieran el descuento, a pesar de que pague anticipadamente.
