"I found old keys to another room on rhe floor of #402 behind the curtain. Room smelled Of formaldehyde. As did the whole 4th floor which was also hot. A diamond earring and two teeth were lodged into tub drain in #901 so it couldn’t close. No wash cloths. I reported no ac in #402 at the front desk at 11am. At 7pm I called again and a man brought keys to change to another room. Tv did not work—all digital scribble. No hand soap at sink. We received $30 in coupons for the trouble caused. We spent $14 in the restaurant and the waitress said it would cost all $30 worth of coupons to pay"
"I had to switch rooms because level 2 is smoking rooms, and the smell travels up through the vents to the 3rd floor. Specifically the vent it came through and smelled so bad. However, the staff was very quick to make the situation better so may allergies were not bothered. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is clean but I will say the tub has a bit of peeled paint or chips but … everything else is so wonderful including the pool. Love staying here so much!"
"I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room I stayed in had been totally rehabed two months before. Everything it was new and updated. In fact, the opposite wing was under work while I was there, getting the same updates and renewal. It was a fairly small room, but comfortable and had king size bed, nice desk, side tables and a really nice arm chair with small freestanding side table. The toilet/shower area was really small, the toilet squeezed between a wall and the shower doors. I would say the only negative I found, and it is considerable, was the cleanliness of the floors. I went barefoot since they were new wooden floors and not carpet. When I got in the shower black water just ran off my feet. The floors must have been filthy to make the bottoms of my feet that dirty within 5 or so hours. That, however, is my only complaint. Guys at the desk were great!"
