"Gorgeous, and tranquil setting! The best part of the hotel. However the restaurant is mediocre, overpriced, slow service and bland food for such a fabulous setting. Also, the so-called “free shuttles” are so infrequent that they are almost useless. There are only a handful that head into town and they end at 4:45pm. You have to make reservations for them, and even if you do, a number of people will still take your place. After dinner ends, you have zero food and snack options and the shuttle...

She offered me Airport service at 1/3 the cost of a taxi. The location is in a neighboring and not in the city. There is a children’s playground across the street. "This a beautiful 1930’s Art Deco villa, tastefully decorated and well situated in a lush garden. Location is very good as it is in the middle of the eastern side of Basse-Terre, twenty minutes by car from Point-a-Pitre. There is a bus, but you would probably need a rental car. Super hosts Emmanuel and Rahba provided extra’s over what was needed and were excellent company. Simply the perfect stay. "

"We had an excellent stay at Chez Flo. We traveled with our 21 month old baby, and Flo and Yannick couldn’t have made it easier. On our arrival they joyfully greeted us and were ready with everything we needed for our baby - tub, high chair, pack and play (complete with toddler pillow and blankets!), and toys.
