Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. Temos nos hospedado com frequências em Guaiba, no Ibis e esta ultima vez foi impossivel dormir...a cama parecia estar sem colchão de tão ruim...dormimos muito mal. Liguei para recepção e o atendente só me disse que todas camas erm iguais e não tinha o q fazer...temos mais cinco idas a Guaiba e infelizmente não sei se ficaremos no Ibis novamente...

Custo benefício bom mas precisaria mais cuidados.

O custo benefício é muito bom, o café da manhã é caro pelo o que oferece, mas no conjunto é bom. As toalhas de banho estão bem gastas e não apresentam condições de uso, deveriam ser substituídas. A pia do banheiro estava entupida. O quarto estava limpo e para uma noite apenas foi ok.

Bom preço e boa localização para passar uma noite e continuar sua viagem. Eles deveriam trocar os colchões. Eles são um desastre, acordei com dores nas costas e no pescoço. Os colchões têm de 10 a 12 cm, uma vergonha.
