"The staff steal from guests. We were charged for the night that we paid for on expedia a second time. 4 other guests reported being charged double for their stay as we were checking out. They copied my credit card information and attempted to make an online purchase from ubisoft for $2699.99 usd and my credit card had to be canceled to prevent them from making more charges. Another card was taken from our room and was also used to make purchases online. We are in the process of making a formal report to the management. We reserved the suite for our honeymoon and the jacuzzi had no hot water and the jets deposited body hair into the tub. The staff was nice at first but then became aggressive when they started demanding more money for what was already paid in advance. The same was true with 3 other guests who were friends of ours. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"
