I stayed for one night with my family. The rooms were basic and offered no standout features. Check-in at reception was quick and efficient, which we appreciated. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. The soundproofing was minimal—you could hear footsteps, conversations, and general noise from neighboring rooms throughout the night. Unfortunately, the most concerning incident was in my sister-in-law’s room, where she found a cockroach inside the bed sheets while she was sleeping. This was a last-minute trip during a busy weekend, and most hotels in Guanajuato were fully booked. While the stay served its purpose, we were unable to get a good night's rest.

Good option.

Excelent place to stay overnight, it is a bit cold at night when you stroll outside the rooms. Rooms are good and we rested well. It had a pool we didnt use. You need to know that is far away from the historic area of Guanajuato and need a car/taxi to move from/to.

La atención de la recepcionista.fue muy mala, sin la menor disposicion. El hotel fue sede de un evento ciclista. No se.me.permitió dejar mi bicicleta en ningun lugar en lo que se hacia el check inn. PESIMA DISPOSICION En las habitaciones no hay comodidad. No tiene closet o ropero, no hay ni siquiera una jabonera. Muy feo trato. Parece que reciben ladrones. El lugar es bonito, pero en las habitaciones les falta mucho, los colchones son muy malos, la tv es muy pequeña y solo recibe señal de canales locales, la alberca se veia sucia y no daba confianza, ko habia espacio oara guardar la ropa, todo tebia que estar en las maletas. Por otro lado, la limpieza de los.cuartos fue muy buena.

La habitación superior, cuenta con buen espacio, en la habitación que nos toco no tenia buros para cama; el restaurante aunque tenia horario de 8 a 10, a las 9 de la noche ya no tenía servicio y no hay cosas cercanas para cenar. Y el WiFi no alcanza señal.
