The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the city. I was able to walk to the gallery I was exhibiting at, as well as all of the local event happening at the Cervantino. This place was great and a great deal. I would recommend the Hotel.

I liked the view , not the stairs to get to our room but it could have been nice to have a coffee maker at our room and a few free couple of drinks for free as a reward for all that . The personal was very helpful , we enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back , thanks .

The hotel has a beautiful panoramic view of the city of Guanajuato. It is located in the heart of the city and you have everything at hand, fun, food, history, really beautiful. The only thing is that you must be ready to climb many many steps other than that everything is very nice. Oh and the attention of the staff is excellen.

Took us 2 hours to get settle due to the parking being in another hotel, blankets are dirty they had hair everywhere. The person at the front desk needs more training. Other than that I spend a great time walking and being at the plaza..

Trufla Room Is Loud

The Cacao room doesn't have internet access but its private and quiet. Tulfa room is loud. The kitchen and dinning room is on the other side of your room. Expect to hear it all in the AM.. The lobby plays loud bad Mexico music.

Vallet parking is not at this location nor is it vallet parking. You park yourself at a location 15 min away and wait for transportation that charges you per trip. Hot water takes close to 10 min to come out. The room had a humid odor.

They should really warn you about parking and waking. It's a LONG walk to the entrance and all steps. No staff assistance until you reach the office, even though they know we were dropped off by their own transportation service. No air conditioning and very noisy all night long. The shower water was very cold. If you want to rest at night find another spot. If you don't want to walk uphill 300 steps, go elsewhere.
