En mi experiencia el personal fue muy amable pero el estado de las instalaciones no es el óptimo, mi regadera y baño no servían, el papel higiénico era mínimo. Las paredes entre los cuartos son muy delgadas y todo el tiempo se escuchaba una niña que gritaba, lloraba y azotaba puertas. El desayuno es rico pero no diría que suficiente, la atención en el restaurante es normal (solo hay una persona atendiendo a todo el lugar) La ubicación es buena pero ya necesitaba que terminara mi estancia =(

El desayuno muy rico, delicioso, con un muy rico sazón. Solo la salida del hotel a la calle que está muy fea. No es agradable, incluso se siente mucha inseguridad por el ambiente de la calle.

Es una propiedad descuidada y sin ningún tipo de logística que corresponda al precio cobrado. Su personal hace lo que puede, pero en general es una propiedad en deterioro y requiere una remodelación y re construcción de su experiencia

El servicio es insuperable. Los recepcionistas son siempre muy amables y atentos. Las camas pueden ser más cómodas. Al menos la habitación es muy limpia.

We like the are us pretty close to the mommy museum the center the Callejón del beso etc. what we don’t like is the towels of the hotel are so hard the beds mattres are hard. Also if you bring kids pls keep the away from the glass in the vanity from the room the not safe my son accidentally broke. And if you do they will charge 500$ on your card and 100$ cash.

Hotel was okay . door to room is very flimsy kinda scary anyone could pop the door open . food was okay . kinda weird to be out and get back to hotel @midnight and hotel doors locked and lights off never been to a hotel that does that . we literally had to pound on door to get in. look like we woke up whom ever opened door to us because it was dark in waiting lobby that to me is not right a lobby should always be opened plus a staff member at desk.

No tiene estacionamiento. La cerradura de la puerta de la habitación se descompuso y no podíamos salir. En la regadera se salía toda el agua por los lados.

Hotel is old and dated. The stay was average. Beds were not comfortable and bedding was ripped. Smallest tvs I have ever seen and they had horrible reception Staff were not very helpful and short when asked a question. Wi-fi was horrible and I had to go to a cafe to get my work done. They had different passwords and servers per floor and none of them worked. Ended up going to a different hotel for night 2
