Super great stay. The staff were very nice and you couldn’t ask for a better location right in the middle of central historico. The included breakfast is a little difficult to get to but it’s well worth it.

The property and location were fantastic. The parking situation is terrible. We were charged $1/hr even though it was advertised as free parking, and the lot was 1/2 mile away from the property.

If you are staying here it’s bc you will not be in the hotel much. No a/c and the fan that is in the room does nothing. It was so hot in the room that I almost left . I was staying in the terrace side , which is in the 3rd floor , no elevator . We could not open the windows due to big roaches being outside . The rooms are clean enough and staff was friendly. Breakfast is in another close by hotel. This is more of a 2 star hotel to young folks who are there to party .

Cuando llegas te registras en otro hotel porque ese no tiene personal. Llegando y no funcionaba el control ni el teléfono. La primer noche tuve goteras, me cambiaron a otra habitación más pequeña y los controles de la tele sin pilas. El desayuno simple y feo, siempre hubo tianguis afuera del hotel y es horrible entrar y salir de ahí. Puedes obtener mejores opciones ya que el precio no es económico para lo mal que está. El hotel bonito y limpio pero para mí fue muy mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo para nada

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y bien unicado, pero no tiene estacionamiento y tienes que pagar pensión 300 pesos aprox. Me robaron mi neceser con mis cosas personales, como cepillo de dientes etc, fue en la habitación el último día o en la recepción, ahí dejamos las maletas como una media hora mientras recogíamos el auto de la pensión
