"Staff was super friendly helped us find a personal driver for our trip and were able to do an early check-in at 5 AM which we appreciated. The staff was all super professional and helpful. Not to mention the view in this place is amazing. I would recommend staying here the only downside was it not having an ice machine, which is understandable. Overall would recommend staying here !"

"We were shocked that this hotel was rated so highly. A few major issues: (1) upon arrival, I was required to pay an additional fee of 400 pesos as my Expedia reservation stated that only one guest was arriving when we were two. The reservation was for a king suite - so it didn’t make any sense and felt like something you might expect 20 years ago. (2) the air in the lobby seemed perfumed which was not pleasant, (3) the room had windows only towards the interior atrium, (4) the bed was rock hard, (5) there were no outlets on one side of the bed. Overall it felt like a cheap hotel from the quality of furnishings. "
