"The room I booked had a large comfortable bed and an extremely well-lit and half-open spaced spacious bathroom. I especially loved that they offered a smart bidet and a large bathtub. They even used robot for deliveries to my room so I don't need to go down to the lobby for pick-ups or feel awkward when I opened door with pajamas on to retrieve deliveries. The hotel is around 10-15 mins drive away from ShenZhen international airport so it was pretty close. There's a large cafe/coffee bar with lots of comfy seats on lobby level so hanging out with clients/friends or working on laptop was a breeze. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I am happy with my overall experience at this hotel."

"One of the best hotels I stayed in! The staff were helpful and patience with my limited Mandarin! Room was spacious, clean with all the necessary toiletries! A very comfortable room and will book again! One complaint is that it took three elevator rides to get to your room from the square outside down below, very inconvenient and weird! "
