Very average place in the suburbs
Very average place and no value for money despite being cheap.
If this Hotel was located in the USA it would be condemned. By Chinese standards it was not too bad and probably good for the neighborhood which is one of the poorest and dirtiest in the city. The don't speak English at the front desk in any functional manner, so if you don't speak Chinese, it is helpful to have a translation app on your phone. The staff was very friendly. If you are a Westerner, Japanese or any place else where certain standards are expected, China will surprise you. Despite the fact that the hall carpet looks like they have regular coffee fights, the bed linens were clean and the toilet was Western style—if you get those in China you are doing well.

Food
The restaurant at this hotel is amazing and friendly, great people, service and food. Also a lot of beautiful women seem to stay at this hotel, I think because of the Karoke they do there at night. It's cool.
