The staff here is very nice and provided help for us in English. Breakfast was excellent. The location is near a mall with some good restaurants. Also it is easy to Uber to other places in Asa Sul, Asa Norte, Aguas Claras.

Great location and property. We liked the breakfast, the pool and the staff. They helped me with little details like printing out music from a pdf. Ubers are easy to book and the airport is only about 10 minutes away. There’s a nice mall nearby called Casapark and a self-service laundry 1 block away.

Upscale hotel with very friendly and helpful st staff. I do not speak Portuguese and they were patient with my questions. Excellent pool and superb breakfast buffet. I stayed in the superior king room. Very modern and spacious. Toro Park Sul restaurant in the hotel in fabulous. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Brasilia.

Pontos a melhorar: pia do banheiro um pouco suja no primeiro dia da estadia. Percebemos também que a pia estava um pouco entupida e o vaso sanitário parecia estar vazando. Apesar desses pontos de melhoria, os quartos são confortáveis, espaçosos, camas boas, cadeira confortável e ótimo chuveiro.

Ficamos hospedados no Jade Hotel entre os dias 10/05 e 11/05 para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento, e foi simplesmente perfeito! 💖 Desde o momento da reserva, o atendimento foi impecável. Solicitei um pacote com pétalas no quarto e a decoração foi feita com muito carinho, superando as expectativas. O ambiente é limpo, organizado e extremamente acolhedor. As piscinas são maravilhosas e proporcionam momentos de puro relaxamento! Além disso, adoramos o restaurante Toro, que fica dentro do hotel — comida excelente e ambiente sofisticado. Hotel incrível – só um ponto de atenção

A estadia no hotel foi excelente. O ambiente é maravilhoso, com uma estrutura impecável, café da manhã variado e saboroso, e uma equipe extremamente atenciosa. No entanto, preciso destacar um ponto negativo: esqueci um pote de suplemento que costumo tomar no café da manhã e, quando voltei para buscá-lo, infelizmente não foi encontrado. Tirando esse contratempo, não tenho do que reclamar. A experiência foi, no geral, muito positiva.
