"We were staying on our 30th Anniversary. The rooms looks ok . Our main problem : we were two days without water on the Apartment. This is horrible, even we reported it. Also the Microwave was dirty and the plates had MOLD. Never again!!"

"The only Pro is a great location. Everything else is negative. The instructions were provided only at 10 a.m., when you should check in. I was already driving at that time without even knowing the exact address where I was going. Parking is on the street. You can arrange an overnight parking for $10 but it is possible only when you contact them before 5 pm. I have arrived at 4.40 pm and called several times but no one responded. "We had a leak in our room and staff upgraded us without an extra charge. Staff was very friendly. The only downside is that it’s hard to find parking, hotel doesn’t have parking so you have to park in front of the hotel and most of the time it was hard to find. They do offer coffee and snacks but only in the morning. "
