"What a great hotel, superbly located in the old part of the city, and just 5 mins from the beach, but beautifully quiet at night!
Great friendly, relaxed-but on-it and helpful staff.
Roof terrace bar currently closed, but available to sit out on (collect your v reasonably-priced drinks at reception. Great views and the last of the daily sunshine.
Breakfast was varied and good value …and fab bean to cup turbo-charged-strength coffee machine…and a normal one too!
I’d VERY happily stay here again."
"Location: Dead Centre Alicante
The location is easily the hotel’s "superpower." You are dead centre in Alicante, meaning you can step out the front door and be at a high-end restaurant or a local tapas bar within minutes.
Transport: It’s a commuter’s dream. You are perfectly positioned for bus, train, and tram connections, making it effortless to get to the airport or explore the neighboring coastal towns.
The Vibe: Everything from the shopping districts to the nightlife is within walking distance.
The Rooms: Simple & Spotless
Don’t expect velvet curtains, but do expect a room that works. The setup is basic but highly functional.
Climate Control: The AC is reliable (a must for those Spanish summers).
Amenities: Having a fridge in the room is a massive plus for keeping drinks cold.
Hygiene: The most important part? It’s clean. For a budget-friendly hotel, the maintenance is impressive.
Service & Value
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch that you don't always get at this price point. When you factor in the location and the quality of the stay, it represents excellent value for money.
The Verdict: Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or anyone who plans on spending their time exploring the city rather than sitting in a hotel lobby. It’s smart, central, and easy on the wallet"
"The room was great. I wish all hotels could learn from the shower cubicle here! The taps weren’t under the shower so you freeze while setting it, a rain shower and a hand held shower head, plenty of space! Bed and pillows were very comfortable and despite being near the airport, I hardly heard the planes! Breakfast choices were very good. There are cafes and bars in the district and an American diner in the garage next door. Shame there wasn’t any food options at the hotel, but not a problem. Only one minor issue when the small table in the room collapsed when I put my computer on it. Luckily I caught it and more so that I hadn’t put my coffee on it."
"Spotless room, comfortable beds. Front desk was very helpful and courteous. Restaurants and grocery store, 2 min walk. Underground parking was great."
"Great clean modern rooms. Use of a spa facility which is nice after travelling! Airport shuttle service is good if a little pricey for the distance covered but a welcome convenience. Friendly staff"
