Primeiramente, ao chegar o quarto não estava pronto, e chegamos uma hora depois do check-in, a pousada é ruim , a rua não tem asfalto, mas é cheia de entulho e buracos, a cama é muito ruim, o estacionamento fica em outra rua na casa de uma pessoa e não tem cobertura, não tem wi-fi conforme o site, não tem serviço de quarto, eu tive que preencher a ficha na hora da entrada, estou muito insatisfeito, as fotos da pousada não são verdadeiras no site, me senti [Editado pelo Reclame Aqui], quero meu dinheiro de volta, paguei 151,00 mas eu preferi ficar na rua do que dentro do local, o café da manhã estava bom, fora isso as outras coisas eu não gostei, preciso de ajuda, liguei na empresa e levei uma canseira de 20 minutos na secretaria eletrônica e não consegui registrar a minha reclamação.

Pousada não tem ninguém na recepção para atendimento qdo necessita, donos não tem um bom atendimento, quarto não está em boas condições, pia de banheiro solta,banheiro apertado, não é próximo da praia e na hora de embora sem nenhuma informação para saída.
