"Staff super friendly, nice view of volcano from upper patio area. The room was a bit small with the 3 beds, but it was no problem as the beds were comfortable. No parking on site, but a parking lot close by. You can walk around to the grocery stores and the Market but Central Park is a bit further. "I've been travelling in hostals since 35 years. I have never seen so dirty rooms. The place is great, but I felt really not comfortable, and I moved out from hostal as soon as I was able to do. The patio is great, the peole nice, but the rooms have to be redone totally. It's definitly awfull. And I'm not talking about the bathrooms."

"I traveled alone with my 3 kids and the staff were very kind. My room was on the second floor and they offered to change it to first floor after seeing I was traveling alone and with luggage. We were too tired to wait the 30 minutes so we took our original room. They were able to help us bring up our luggage to our room. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be staying here again. "
