My husband and I are a little upset because when I booked it, it showed there was an elevator, but when we got here they had us on the 4th floor, because of my bad knees, when we asked where the elevators were the guy at the front desk said the don't have them. So your dad talked them into getting us one on the first floor. No the best room, but it was a long trip and we were tired. Then when we went to have breakfast this morning we found the elevator😡. Felt like third class customers. So much for customer service. Oh well at least the room is ok.
