I traveled alone with my 3 kids and the staff were very kind. My room was on the second floor and they offered to change it to first floor after seeing I was traveling alone and with luggage. We were too tired to wait the 30 minutes so we took our original room. They were able to help us bring up our luggage to our room. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be staying here again.

My husband and I are a little upset because when I booked it, it showed there was an elevator, but when we got here they had us on the 4th floor, because of my bad knees, when we asked where the elevators were the guy at the front desk said the don't have them. So your dad talked them into getting us one on the first floor. No the best room, but it was a long trip and we were tired. Then when we went to have breakfast this morning we found the elevator😡. Felt like third class customers. So much for customer service. Oh well at least the room is ok.

The hotel section and room tipe that you reserved don't have elevator and there is another section with different room tipes and prices that have elevator. Front Desk Clerk for service change the room assigned to first floor in attendance to your needs.

The personnel in the counter are so mean and every time we asked for towels or for help with the parking they took forever. They should treat the customers better! I won’t stay there anymore, this was my second and last for this reason. The only reason I chose to stay was the breakfast.
