Apartment is right on the Beach. You also have options to eat in other restaurants around and enjoy the water. Staff very friendly. They helped us with the taxis and were able to help us with any concern we had. Safe area, taxis and Uber accesibles. Uber driver asked for extra Money, make sure you agree before. Uber and taxis prices are higher than the city. Renting a car could be another option. You can call the bodega for Groceries delivery. 5 minutes driving from the restaurants. I recommend Nicos’ and Vida in Guayacanes. Great stay!!! Will come back.

Wonderful place. Very well run a and very professional. It is quite far from main tourist areas, also mostly local there. We enjoyed very much and found it to be very quiet and relaxing. It is a bit far from activities and grocery stores. The beaches are not very good for swimming, but the view of the property and the ocean are stunning.

Rundown apartment

The property was not well maintained. First impression the The electricity was off. We couldn't figure out the problem for like 10 minutes in the dark. The wifi was a mess. Bad instructions left for the visitors to follow. The paint was peeling on diferente areas. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart, the utensils, plates an pots were worn-out and dirty. The air conditioner didn't worked until a maintenance person showed up at 11pm. There was no soap in the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms had a hose hanging there was not shower head. One of the bedrooms had dirty sheet and there were not extra to change them.The overall building looked run down. The only good thing was the location and the building employees.

The private beach in front was perfect for my young daughter - shallow, warm, and calm. The beach was quiet and gorgeous. The apartment itself worked well for our family. It would be great if the bar area was available every day because it was a bit hard to get food during the week.

At first glance i thought the 16 story apartment block was out of place and an eye sore along the coast but when i got inside and saw how lovely the apartment was and the swimming pool i was very happy

The View Wow!!!!! Check in was easy. I ubered from the Airport and to the next nearest city both under 10.00. Checkin was easy, the pool and other activities werw great and I ordered food in from a nearby restaurant. It was a beautiful weekend.

The place was very very relaxing and the locals were extremely nice. It happened to be DR Independence Day so that was a positive. I would say there are very few essentials (shampoo, soap) in the apartment and running water is not the best. That said, if you want to avoid the tourist traps while enjoying the DR then this is a great spot. Plenty of good eateries within walking distance and the snack bar makes awesome pizza.

My reservation was not available when I arrived. I waited for 90 minutes and then I was given the key to apt 804 which obviously had not been occupied since at least 2023. I asked for a different apartment and I was told no other apartment was available when there were not more than 50 cars in all the buildings parking.

I arrived at this property and was told that it was bilingual, IT WAS NOT! The condo was privately own which I was not told, the unit was dirty, mold and the A/C didn't work nor did the water heater and the microwave! I complained to the owner and he said no refunds. The property was described as toiletries included, there was 2 roles of toilet paper for a two bathroom unit and one USED bar of soap. We were required to wash any dishes we used, NO DISH SOAP was provided. In short I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN. Oh and the pool had a lovely layer of green algae on the bottom

Good for families , beach is not great

I think the employees was cutting off the air condition breaker from outside. The beach is not good too many shells in the sand I had to go all the way to boca chica. The stafe was cutting off the air from the breaker outside and I didn’t have access to the pool table and bar room. Washer didn’t work well either

The only nice thing about this property is the outdoor section. Apartment has water on the floor in the balcony area, running water in the bathrooms was brown with something on it. AC didn’t work, dust everywhere, no hot water. After complaining to Expedia management contacted me and told me I wanted to deceive him. That I stay the whole time, not well informed by employees I had left the Property next day due to the condition of the apartment. Don’t let this place deceive you with out door pictures

The view is amazing and the property is clean, however, there was no running water in this condo while were there for two nights! We flushed the toilets on the first night and they didn’t fill back up. It sounded like water was running in the wall and we called maintenance and they told us it was ok. I was afraid there was a leak and we would end up with a bathtub or toilet in our bed sometime in the middle of the night from the floor above us but maintenance assured us it was ok. Later, after talking to other customers staying at the condo, this was ongoing for at least a week. Water ran out at night and you couldn’t shower until mid-day. There was road construction in the town and trucks brought water in daily but minimal. Our plan was to wake up shower, and go to Santo Domingo but this nearly ruined our plan. It was so disappointing the people running the condo made it sound like it was a surprise that just happened in the middle of the night, but we quickly learned otherwise. This would have been an amazing stay if we were simply communicated with about timing of water but it was terrible to have this disruption with our plans and the staff was dishonest with us. I think at least one night reimbursement of our room is something that is warranted. I wouldn’t say a complete reimbursement because we had a clean and safe and beautiful place to stay, but how is it even legal to not have running water and charge someone without letting them know what going on?
