No recomiendo utilizar este servicio para reservas

La atención pésima, cuando llegue me supieron indicar que mi reserva estaba cancelada por que supuestamente la información de la tarjeta no era correcta, de ser así no me comunicaron con tiempo, sinembargo no todo es malo porque el hotel no es lo que aparece en las fotos, por el mismo precio me aloje en un excelente hotel, con mejor ubicación, donde comúnmente suelo llegar.

Hotel q necesita mejoras estructurales, las fotos no son actuales y llevan a confusión. Ojo con la dirección en la web q es errónea. Por otro lado, si se hace una reserva para 2 personas uno espera q haya 2 servicios de toallas en el baño. Y el desayuno con poca variedad. Buen trato por parte del personal.

Worst hotel on planet earth

This was by far the worst hotel stay I've ever had in any country in my entire life. The staff don't not acknowledge the "do not disturb" sign and will enter your room any time. Also, the couple of sodas in the fridge, don't drink them unless you think they're worth $25.. no sign to indicate this though! Room was very dated and looked nothing like the pictures. They must have hired a magical photographer. I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy.

In case of emergency you can go!

Its only for sleep, the bed is uncomfortably! Around 11pm, i heard noisy near (reception).

Falta de servicio

Reservamos para 7 noches pero no llegamos el día que era, sino en la noche siguiente. Nosotros por cortesía pagamos la noche anterior sin haberla usado. Dormimos 1 noche y la noche siguiente me dieron acceso gratuito a otro lado, entonces quise negociar una devolución, al menos parcial, pero fue un rotundo no. Les dije que me cambiarán el hospedaje x almuerzos y que ellos ganaban la habitación para alquilarla a otra perdona, pero siempre fue un no. No percibi ninguna intención de colaborar, al menos el gerente me hubiera atendido, pero no fue así.

Did what we needed. Just needed it between flight

The hotel was not particularly nice and the area seemed sketchy. The staff did not seem to speak much English and when we asked about things to see in the area they basically only gave us the malls.
