"Très mauvais séjour, le studio devait etres prêt a 14h, non prêt, il nous conduit à un autre studio. 14h 45 , c'est prêt. Kitchenette incomplète, 3 cuillères et un couteau de plastique. 2 assiettes, un poĕlon seulement. Pas de bouilloire électrique. Manque 1 ampoule électrique, pasc de cintres, le refrigerateur ne fonctionne pas, avons perdu 10$ de nourriture.les articles personnels du précédent client était sur place. Pas de serviettes, une par client nous dit--il. La laiterie douteuse....

"Super mooi hotel! Schoon, heel goed Indonesische eten en vriendelijk personeel. Ook het zwembad is heerlijk. In de middag heb je een koffie/thee moment met lekkere Indonesische gebakjes. Er is aan elk detail gedacht in dit hotel en de aankleding is prachtig. Niet twijfelen maar boeken. "

"Rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a great view over the city of Malang. Staff was very friendly too and even though they had quite a few trainees on the roster when I stayed, they tried their best and always had a smile on their face, even though they were still learning and occasionally had to clarify a number of things with the senior staff. I had to set off very early in the morning but they were kind enough to prepare a packed breakfast (with delicious nasi goreng) for me. "

"I was on a business trip, my associate suggested this hotel and arranged for a private driver so i really didn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff was friendly, the place clean and the morning buffet is quite good. The room price is good, i used Expedia to book it. This property is next to a couple of malls which was good when my phone charger died, samsung is in the mall. One thing that is probably a problem for most people is the 4 am Muslim prayers blasting across the city. This happens 5 times per day. Otherwise i felt safe in the area."
