Hotels near Gudauri Recreational Area

"Hotel is located near the slope, so you can ride in the morning direct to slope from trail, and also returning back to hotel using trail directly from last slope right after tractors. As I am working in hotel industry, I can tell, that personel is very good, attentive and helpfull, what is one of the most important things for guests. Breakfast is very good, and rooms are modern with very comfortable beds. Also good ski storage room, but there is no sauna in the hotel, only hot tube outside with excelent view. Highly recommended place to stay for ski holiday."

"We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, and it was...fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough, everything in the bathroom worked. Our room was exceedingly hot (in December!), and we had to keep the windows open, even after turning off the radiator. Much of the property could benefit from an update, as the carpet has seen better days. Breakfast was also ok-- no one was going to starve, but nothing to get excited about, either. Staff were not helpful in telling us what was open or closed, or where we could rent equipment. Everyone was very nice, and they did let us check in before 2pm when we arrived, which we appreciated. The location is not near anything in the way of restaurants, etc., but would be fine for the ski lift. Like everything in Gudauri, the hotel and restaurant are horribly overpriced for what you get, but there's no escaping that. "

"Room was very dark as a concept hardly lights. Furnitre and carpet was Ikea minos.Except the looby hotel was dated , parking looks like construction site. I stayed off season after summer mid sep , the hotel was empty and i paid way too much money for the poor quality of room i got."

"It is more of a ski lodge on the mountain. I heard it is very happening in winter. The mountain view from our room was stunning. Breakfast was nice - croissants ran out fast but was not replenished fast enough. Overall enjoyable stay. "

"George, Saba, and Ucha made everything perfect. Expect the best in class guest experience at Tsiga. They went above and beyond in every single aspect. Room service was top notch, just one call and they are at your door. They provided free pick/drop service to the ski lifts. Good breakfast. We even rented our ski gear for half the price here. "

"Receptionist was not giving a single fu*k about our requests. We had booked standard room with king size bed. They gave us basic room with 2 single beds. When we asked the receptionist, she told us she's just receptionist, she doesn't know anything. Later they asked the housekeepers to put combined cover on 2 beds and they made it look like a single bed. Water was not provided, unless explicitly asked. Rooms smellls with horrible toilet smell. There are no lifts. You have to drag your luggage to basement floors, no one will help you. There's no coffee, mini bar, fridge, spoons in the room. Kettle wss dirty and rusted. There's no jet spray in toilet. Any requests made to receptionist was resulting in a ghosted reply. Her answer was always I don't know anything I am just a receptionist. The breakfast was poor, bread, eggs and some salad. Coffee is not free. You have to pay 9GEL for it. Hotel is nothing but hostel building developed on a nice view and management is given to people who don't have any knowledge of management. Doesn't deserve to be single star hotel.Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!"
