Great place for overnight. If your looking for typical corporate this is not for you, however if you want the real experience of country hospitality, lodging and home cooked breakfast this is the place.

Old school comfort.
Well kept old style park in front of your room motel. Great staff and breakfast, clean and comfortable. Good place to stay to visit Fort Laramie.

Bunk at the Bunkhouse:
We have stayed with Gordon and Valerie ever the last two Septembers. The Bunkhouse is clean and we love the “old west” decor. Good breakfast, great hosts, and overall good value. Yes, we recommend that you bunk at The Bunkhouse!

Basic budget but good
Can see what they are trying to do in recreating the bunkhouse feel in rooms but some aspects although functional could do with an update such as shower head but good shower! No hair dryer in room but asked at reception and one provided. Great value and good breakfast included.

The accommodations were quaint but clean and comfortable. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer! Very enjoyable stay.

Front desk was helpful with sites in area and they served a wonderful breakfast. Please add hair dryer to room.

Breakfast was the best part. Way above average. Room was clean but dark and dingy. Dark colored carpet and bedspreads had an old stuffy feel. Bath towels thin and scratchy. Everything worked and the surrounding area felt safe. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Got a good night's sleep.

Fantastic little motel
Stopped here on the way to Sturgis, and the effort put into making our stay was outstanding. The guy running it was very friendly, eager to help, offered our non-staying friends breakfast on the house, and made for a very friendly stay for us. It looked like about 80% of the breakfast was homemade (biscuits, gravy, breakfast burritos, cinnamon rolls). The local cat was also a nice addition to the atmosphere :)
