5/5 - Excellent
Nice and helpful staff. Great choice for family.

A large resort with flawless service, a spacious spotlessly clean and well equipped room, and a very good kids club. 3 pools - one due refurbishment next year - aging a touch but still fine, one adult only. Really good spa, and small but well equipped gym. Fabulous bathroom with separate shower (one ...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The food was very good, with plenty of variety to enjoy. Another big plus is the convenient location; there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to travel anywhere you need. ...

Room didn't have a beach view, we knew that before arrival, balcony looked onto pool area, issue on first night, patio doors didn't lock, power tripped 3 times. Both issued were fixed quickly. Sofa bed wasn't used, but was to uncomfortable to sit on as couch.

Nice and helpful staff. Great choice for family.
Went for a relaxing rest not golf nor beaches. Variety of restaurants but food over seasoned Staff very pleasant but both my wife and I had food poisoning while there and missed several days pleasure as a result
We had splendid walks , from Tamaimo over the Guama and back along the TF65 to the hotel, and from Arguayo along the Rita del Almonderas to Santiago del Teide and then back to the hotel.
Quite uninteresting area - you have to drive a fairly long way to see anything worthwhile. The holiday was therefore very much one for people who prefer to stay onsite at the hotel.
