"We had a great apartment that we could use as a base to visit around the area. The place had a great layout and private balcony. Really great views over the lake and a massive swimming pool right next to the sumptuous dining area."

"The good : • very professional staff, fluent english, highly communicative and very nice ! • fast access to the beach, fast access to the room by car and 15€ for electric charger for cars The bad : • the blanket is rather old • instead of 3 twin bed we got 2 and 1 for a child (60 kg max weight) • the room wasn’t equipped with soap or shampoo or bath tub. We had to ask for it"

"Our family of five had a fantastic stay at Casa Bonotto. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The rooftop area gave us stunning views over Desenzano where we could relax. The walk into the heart of Desenzano old town was easy - less than 10 minutes - and there were plenty of fantastic restaurants, bars and pasticcerias nearby. Supermarkets were also just a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in future!"

"Location location location. This one ticks the boxes. Just inside the bridge onto the island it is right next to the shops, bars and restaurants and next to the ferry pier. Everything is a very short walk. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the water and ferry pier. Well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is old and classic historic in some ways and a little tired in others. The only negative was the AC in the room did not cope with an early June heat. We set it to 19 but the room never got below 23 making it difficult to sleep at night. You can’t have the windows open as there are loads of flying insects hanging around. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. "

"A wonderful and excellent property. Super comfortable, beautiful setting, amazing pool, 5-star bedding and rooms. Awesome breakfast and food. We’ll be back! The only issue we had was the hotel is listed as family friendly and we even ordered a crib for one of our rooms. However… its really not for children younger than 10 years old. The kids can't go in the thermal pool for more than 10 minutes, and the hotel would prefer quiet. And try to keep toddlers quiet and out of the pool. "

"Staff friendly & helpful, room & dining area bright & well furnished. Beautiful outlook across lake from dining room & balcony, nice to have good standard patio furniture on balcony. Breakfast very good with lots of options. Easy walk from train station, but we did take a taxi back as slightly uphill & a warm day. Lovely walks into town or lakeside, plenty of dining options."
