"Good security and friendly staff. Clean room and stable wifi. Bonus was a designated smoking place outside. Could not find breakfeast coffee anywhere."

"Lovely hotel and well worth the money. Staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the front desk staff who were amazing. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and the shower was a treat in the mornings. Pool area was relaxing and comfortable and spotless. Don't be fooled by the somewhat brutalist exterior of the hotel - it really is a great place to stay, ideally located about 5 mins walk to the subway and the Eaton Centre. Hop on Hop off bus stops close by and most of the tour companies pick up and drop off at the hotel. Didn't use the in house dining facilities as there are plenty of places nearby, although slightly disappointed that some of the in house hospitality areas were closed when we were there but overall it didn't affect our stay that much. Will definitely be back next time we visit Toronto."

"This was my third stay of 5 or 6 days in the last 12 months. Location suits my personal needs. Staff is helpful. Room is clean. Breakfast is exceptional."

"TV in room but no remote. Towels but tub had many stains and did not look clean, plus very poor lighting and tub/shower area was very dark. No WIFI yet it is advertised as offered, and room left me and my clothes smelling like smoke. I left a day early taking a loss on the fee paid."
