Lion Quays Hotel & Spa
Rooms were dated, tv worked occasionally,safes did not work,bathroom shower mould on floor tiles. Room key did not work properly had to keep returning to reception to get there master key.

Parking was fine Check in was fine Room had clean linen and towels BUT bed was so uncomfortable, springs jabbing into my tore like they had not even a sheet over them. Carpet filthy and hot water too hot Room also too warm, curtain broken and overall just horrid

Tedsmore Cottages
Staff were lovely and welcoming even with a self check in! Came to make sure we had a travel cot and high chair for our baby as we didn’t specify age of our youngest child! Lovely sight we can’t wait to go back

Long Mountain Centre
The cabin is situated in the most beautiful and peaceful area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the cabin really let it down. We bought a full shop on the way to check in, but we couldn’t use the oven as all the numbers had worn off around the dials. A lot of food and money wasted, which is frustrating ...
