We had an unpleasant experience at the desk when we requested plates that were missing from our kitchenette but other than that the other staff did try to make up for her rude behavior and lack of ability to want to do her job which was appreciated. "The room was clean and some staff members were helpful. However the second floor had a strong smell (possibly mold)? Breakfast was ok. The floors in our room were not cleaned (dirty socks and feet) the day we got there. They also did not clean our room while we stayed even after we asked. "

"Very nice property and rooms were great. It was a good visit back to Houston and close to the Stadium to watch the Astros. Parking was the only thing that the information could have been more open getting the parking pass to leave and return from the property. Other than that snaffu our stay was great with no issues. Thanks for clean rooms and the warm cookies."
