Rooms were super clean and well looked after. All the staff were amazing and helpful. Pool area could use some maintenance as there are a lot of missing tiles. Apart from that great experience

All Ritmo Cancun Resort & Water Park - All Inclusive
I reserved 5 jacuzzi rooms....they only had one. The manager gave all 11 of us gold bands which was an upgrade. Staff was great. Room was great. Lots of activities. Made superbowl fun. I wish there was a larger food selection and there were things to eat after 10pm.
